CANCELLATION – in the event of cancellation, a refund will be made, provided that:
The refund will amount to the holiday cost less the deposit of 1/3 Please note that this is not an alternative to comprehensive Holiday Insurance, and holidaymakers are strongly advised to take out their own cover. RESERVATION will be made on receipt of 1/3 of the cost of the holiday and a completed booking form. A CONTRACT between the holidaymaker and the property owner will be made on written issue of a booking confirmation. THE BALANCE of payment is due 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday and failure to ensure that payment reaches the owner may result in the cancellation of the holiday. CONDITION: The holidaymaker is required to leave the property, fittings and utensils in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. REPAIR: The holidaymaker is responsible for keeping the property, all furniture and effects in the same state of repair as at the beginning of the holiday. DAMAGE to the property, furnishings and equipment shall be paid for in full. BREAKDOWN: Every care is taken to ensure that all equipment is in working order throughout the holiday period but the owners cannot be responsible for breakdown of any electrical or mechanical equipment during the holiday. THE DESCRIPTION is compiled as carefully as possible at the time of publishing. However, facilities may alter or be withdrawn for reasons beyond the control of the owner. THE RIGHT OF ACCESS to the property is retained by the owner. LIABILITY: The owners shall not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense, or inconvenience whether to person or property arising out of the booking contract. TERMINATION: The owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement without refund of money if the behaviour of any holidaymaker is considered unacceptable or if the number of occupants exceeds that stated in the property description. DEFAULT: If the property shall not be available for any reason beyond the control of the owner for any other reason, the owner shall refund the full amount paid. The owner’s liability is limited to the refund of such monies. ANY COMPLAINT regarding the property, furnishing or equipment should be raised with the owner. |
